Less Than 100 Days Left…
Starting to feel the excitement build. Today marks 83 days left! Thanks to my wonderful mom, the centerpieces are just about finished. I’ve finished cutting, scoring, and trimming all of my custom invitation pocketfolds… now to print the invites on the actual cardstock and assemble. First dress fitting next Saturday… eek!!! Bye for now – going to do some P90X :)
Mentioned in a blog!!
I met a very nice local stationary designer at one of The Wedding Cafe’s famous Workshops, and had a consultation a few months ago. I told her about my “star” inspiration and sent her a picture. She wrote a post about it! You can read it here.
Planning…
Finally caught Fa (she’s like a really high-level Pokemon; so hard to catch). Sat down and had a good sister bonding. She got all my color ideas and bought them back down to Earth, and made it look good. Yay, for the artist! Mommy got in on the action too. We made a sample centerpiece, and added the turquoise organza overlay I bought off eBay. I think it looks pretty good. Need to buy a spool of crystal beads to finish it off.
