Less Than 100 Days Left…
Starting to feel the excitement build. Today marks 83 days left! Thanks to my wonderful mom, the centerpieces are just about finished. I’ve finished cutting, scoring, and trimming all of my custom invitation pocketfolds… now to print the invites on the actual cardstock and assemble. First dress fitting next Saturday… eek!!! Bye for now – going to do some P90X :)
Should’ve been on yearbook committee
Well, never was into journalism or on the yearbook committee during high school, but I have attempted to make a newsletter to keep my bridesmaids, groomsmen, and vendors informed of the chaos having mini ninja wars in my head. I’ve been sitting on this for a while…. like 3+ months. Oops. I finally decided to get cracking on it, and have finished everything except photos of important contacts. I will get that done over the weekend (aka tomorrow) and distribute so I can still call it the “April Issue.” Hahahaha!
Winner!! Yee-haw!
I’ve entered a lot of contests, but always came back empty handed. I expected the same result when I entered a contest I found in my Inbox. For one, I usually don’t enter contests that require more than completing a form (I had to write a 500 word essay). And two, it was on such short notice. John told me, “You should just write the story we have posted on our website.” *forehead-slap* Duh! That was our story, and so I used it. Several weeks later, I find an e-mail with the Subject “Congratulations…” Usually, those are SPAMERS from London saying I won $3 million US dollars and I need to provide my name, social security number, bank account, home address, DNA, and first-born child. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it wasn’t SPAM, but a real congratulations e-mail! I had won a full Wedding Coordination package from Savvy Coordination! We met with Jennifer a few weeks ago, and are totally excited and grateful to have her help.
Song Request Fixed
I recently discovered that the Song Request form was sending me blank e-mails. Thankfully, the FI worked his magic and fixed it. If you have sent me a song request, and do not see your song(s) on the list, please resend. Apologies.

I saw this on one of the wedding blogs I regularly visit. And for only $149.99, it’s a great deal!! Now only if I had a diecut machine to print out my invitation wording…
