About Us
Fiona Lam
Fiona was the only one of three siblings born in Hawaii. When she was about three, her family moved to California where both her younger sister and brother were born (and where her pretty pink tricycle complete with red handlebar streamers got stolen in the park). A couple years later, her family returned to Hawaii where Fiona attended St. Andrew’s Priory High School, and the University of Hawaii at Manoa where she majored in Computer Science and minored in Japanese.
After graduating college, Fiona helped with her father’s company for a couple of months, and currently works at Kaiser Permanente. She is an avid fan of Japanese anime and manga, and even has her own online manga translating group Puri-Puri Neko. She is also fascinated with Middle Eastern dance, especially Belly Dancing and has taken numerous classes and practices at home with DVDs. Performing in a group has always been a part of Fiona’s upbringing whether it be gymnastics, speech club, hula, or programming. She is also currently being converted to “a Mac“, and is learning how to program for the iPhone.

John Wang
John was born in Brazil and moved to the Maryland when he turned 9. Shortly thereafter, his family moved to Cherry Hill, New Jersey where he spent most of his growing years in highly chlorinated swimming pools. Later choosing to return to Maryland to attend college at the University of Maryland at College Park. He majored in Computer Engineering and minored in American Cultures as part of the College Park Scholars program.
After graduating from college and working a couple of years, he finally decided to make the move to the West Coast that he had been planning with some of his college friends. Originally intending to move out to California, but somehow ended up in the middle of the Pacific Ocean with the cast of LOST. To this day, he hasn’t quite figured out how Jack Sheppard was able to get out of the island and he couldn’t.
From the start, John was always highly active. As a child, his mom would put him down on the bed and less than a minute later, he’d be gone running somewhere. John loves to swim, play basketball, and climb indoor rock climbing. He enjoys traveling, watching movies and tv, and is highly addicted to technology among other things. Most recently, John is working on starting up his own company called Fresh Blocks, specializing in iPhone apps, web design and web applications.
